At Caregivers on Call, we work very closely with our clients and their family members to ensure quality care is given and that all needs are met. We keep in touch every week, facilitating a line of communication between clients, their caregivers, and our office.
What to Expect with Caregivers on Call
Our professional staff are on-call 24 hours a day to ensure you receive excellent service when you need it. That’s why every service we provide is supervised by our professionals and administered from the initial consultation, until recovery or treatment completion.
All our field employees are CPR trained certified, and if needed will initiate CPR unless the patient has a DNR order. A thoroughly screened Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will be assigned to their care.
